FS2004/FSX Hawker Sea Fury Critical Mass Racer. Sea Fury Critical Mass NX85SF is a highly modified T Mk. 20S and one of the most radical unlimited racers to appear at Reno. In 1987 it started at the Reno ramp as Blind Mans Bluff race number 88 due to be flown by lady pilot Joann Osterud. In 1993 it was bought,upgraded and raced by owner Tom Dwelle as nr 10 Critical Mass. Powered by a Wright 18 cylinder radial R-3350 , 3450 hp it goes up to 450 mph around the pylons. Iwo Jima Photoreal Scenery. Iwo Jima is a Japanese volcanic island. This is Photo real as it is today or as it was when the photo was taken (10-17-2011). The airport is IwoJima Aero (RJAW). This is my first freeware release and therefore it may have some less then perfect attrubutes. Also the photo was full of clouds and was less then steller. Still it was fun to make and I think looks a whole lot better than default. There is no autogen included but I might add it later. I have added only minimal objects at this time. Danny R McMullan

F-16D Block 50/52 Thunderbird. This is a repackaging of Kirk Olsson's excellent F-16D thunderbird (vipertbird.zip), which can be found here:(see base pack link) The Thunderbirds used to be Block 30/32's but are currently Block 50/52's (GE/P&W). This package upadates the engines to Block 50 (GE) and Block 52 (P&W) with the correct flight dynamics guaranteed Mach 2.05 at 40,000 feet in FSX SP2. BGLXML 1.8, This is a utility which disassembles BGL files into new FS2004 format and produces an XML file to be compiled with Microsoft BGLCOMP (from FS2004 SDK). Besides disassembling all BGL records, it is also able to extract .MDL files from ModelData sections. WashDCX beta is a complete upgrade to the default FSX Washington D.C. scenery. You will find included in this download: Satellite images; traffic files; and additional significant landmarks and buildings surrounding the downtown National Mall area. See the Readme file for a complete list. I have imported several models from Google Sketchup taking great care to minimize drawcalls for each one. Although all models may not appear "perfect" in the beta version, I have shown it can be done and it is something that can be improved on. You will find a drastic improvement of flying over Washington D.C. when compared to the default FSX scenery. This is the first beta release.
