In 1987 it started at the Reno ramp as Blind Mans Bluff race number 88 due to be flown by lady pilot Joann Osterud. In 1993 it was bought,upgraded and raced by owner Tom Dwelle as nr 10 Critical Mass. Powered by a Wright 18 cylinder radial R-3350 , 3450 hp it goes up to 450 mph around the pylons. Aircraft manufacturer A.V. Roe and Company designed the Vulcan in response to Specification B.35/46. Original model by Alphasim/Virtavia with FSX native conversion by Cirrus N210MS at simouthouse.
