AI Landsberg-Airbase FS2004 Enhancements
(Category: FS2004 > Scenery)
1.62Mb (247 downloads)
The "AI_Landsberg-Airbase_FS9.zip" package is the SECOND part of this airbase. This package by Klaus Jone installs several AI planes, a Traffic File and an AFCAD. All the AI models are also included. In this zip file "AI_Landsberg-Airbase_FS9_enhancements", I have included TWO files which create a more exact airbase polygon for ETSA Landsberg. Just compare the screenshots...BEFORE and AFTER the installation of my two VTP files...
The alteration is obvious immediately when you switch to TOP-DOWN view of the airbase. Or go for a flight round the area. I designed these two files for my own enjoyment of Landsberg.

AI Oberpfaffenhofen-v2.2 FS2004
(Category: FS2004 > Scenery)
24.18Mb (494 downloads)
This AI-Package has been prepared for the Oberpfaffenhofen Airport (EDMO) located in
South-Germany 20 NM west of Munich and contains the following beautiful aircraft:
Dornier Do-27, Do-28, Do-228, Fairchild/Dornier, FD-328 Turboprop- and Jet version, FD-728 (did not go onto production line) and the amphibian Dornier Seastar, Boeing-707 (AWACS/E3A), Breguet-Atlantic, Dassault/Dornier Alpha-Jet,
Lockheed-P3 Orion, British-Aerospace Canberra B.20, Hawker Sea-Fury, North-American F-86A, and Bell UH-1D. The corresponding scenery "Oberpfaffenhofen-V2.2_fs2004.zip" is available here at the library. Most of the planes perform test flights after a long term maintenance in the local traffic pattern and some of the bigger ones leave IFR (in accordance with
"Instrument Flight Rules") to other airfields per attached flightplan. All the attached outstanding airplanes have been created by well known designers (see briefing). My part was just to put them together and to generate an almost
reasonable AI-Flightplan.

Oberpfaffenhofen-v2.2, Germany, FS2004
(Category: FS2004 > Scenery)
33.01Mb (459 downloads)
This factory airport is located in the west of Munich (lovely Bavaria, South-Germany). The simulated version of the airport I dedicated to Claude Dornier, one of the very famous aviation pioneers in the last century. Civil and military aircraft are manufactured and/or serviced on this airport. Over the years the ownership has changed in 1996 from Dornier to Fairchild/Dornier and in December 2002 to RUAG (Swiss Company). The airport also is hosting the "DLR"(German Aerospace Center) at the south western part of the field. Version 2.2 replaces version 1 and 2.1 completely. Several airport buildings have been modified and all the scenery textures have been converted to the DXT1/DXT3 format. All EZ-Scenery BGL's and Textures are on board, therefore no further library downloads are required.

Kaufbeuren-v2, Germany FS2004
(Category: FS2004 > Scenery)
23.88Mb (257 downloads)
This airfield located in the beautiful Allgaeu (Bavaria, South-Germany) has been
closed since several years. For special reasons it gets reopened temporarly.
My airport layout in version 1 looked a bit different then it was appearing in
Aerosoft's Real Germany 3, therefore I reworked the entire airport and now
everything should be in the proper position as supposed to. Version 2 replaces
V1 completely.

Update for FSX of F-16 ViperDen
(Category: FSX > Military)
41.76Mb (2772 downloads)
This is an update for FSX of the F-16
ViperDen by Kirk Olsson that was updated by
Michael Pook. Over 28,000 downloads of Mr.
Pook's update over the last 7 years; so I
thought that you might like it if the
aircraft flew a bit better. I changed the 2D
panel and some of the gauges on the VC; I
removed the too fast strobe lights and
changed the sound to the sound that came with
the Viper. I changed the burner and flame
effects; and updated the flight dynamics;
one part of which was to fix the cause of a
built in turn. I removed the red bull paint
to make the file smaller. As far as I know
Mr. Pook does not claim to know about flight
dynamics, so this is not intended as a put
down.
