FSX/FS2004 Aero Commander US Navy L-26C (AC680 Super) repaint textures yellow US Navy 23735 NAS Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth. For the Shupe-Thomas-Folkers Aero Commander 680 (with VC), which you must have previously installed in FSX. Probably works in FS2004 as well. Fictional in that the Navy never operated the L-26C, but the Army and Air Force did, so close enough for me! Screenshots enclosed. Easy installation. Repaint by Tom Tiedman.

FSX Pilotable Aircraft Carrier HMS Queen Elisabeth II. This ship is a britisch project for the next years. It is supposed that the HMS QE2 will sail between 2014 and 2016. The detailed Ai-model is made by Lazarus Starkweather. My pilotable version provides a navigation bridge at the front island and a flight operation bridge at the rear island. I believe, it is a premiere at FSX, that together with the aircraft carrier a frigate in formation ahead is loaded using the VC-mode. Seven cameras allows you to explore the ship and you can set F-35 Joint Strike Fighters onto the flight deck or a Sea Lynx helicopter onto the elevator. VTOL and STOL takeoffs can be simulated with the F-35 in an external view or with the pilots view. Sounds and effects are included. Panel and configuration by Erwin Welker.

FS9/FSX JBK Santa Fe Skyway C-54 textures. Requires DC4_V30-1.zip for FS9 or DC4_V30x.zip for FSX. DC-4/C-54 aircraft by Jens Kristensen. Textures by Gary Harper Five war surplus C-54s were purchased by Santa Fe RR in the late 1940s for a startup Air Feight operation. Lasting only eighteen months, Santa Fe Skyway ranked number 5 in air freight carried among U. S. airlines until the C.A.B. refused their certificate. (1947)

FSX Slovenia Airfield Locator (Category: FS Navigation > Flight Simulator Navigation)

Tested on Windows XP and Windows 7. This download adds airfield markers and ICAO id's found in FSX, and overlays them on Google Earth. This file is for Slovenia. There is also a seperate file with a list of basic airfield location details. i.e: EGBB Birmingham Airport. Birmingham. N52* 27.23' W1* 44.88' alt325. Also the tidying "My places" in Google Earth, file. Other locator files to follow. by Carl Vokes
