The aircraft model, completely reworked as to the original model released some years ago, has been designed using Abacus Flight Design Studio v3.51 and compiled with makemdl.exe. The model can be used also in FSX, but you must read the note in the readme.txt. The package contains a specific version of the Atlantic as that used by French marine in two different liveries, the old colors and the new one . The model with older livery carry the badge of the 24F navy squadron , the example with new livery carry that of 23F navy squadron both based at Lann-Bihoue. The model has no 3D virtual cockpit (no VC) instead it uses a series of photographic fixed views taken aboard a French Atlantic example.

This aircraft was designed with utmost privacy for the CIA in the 1960s and photographed secret weapons and industries of the Eastern Block at that time from extreme altitudes. Alphasim's classic rendition of this essential naval bomber, updated to FSX mdlX format, animations and materials. The largest aircraft ever designed for regular ship-board use, the A3D (A-3B, post 1962 tri-service) was designed by the brilliant Ed Heinemann at Douglas Aircraft. The navy 1949 specification was a demanding document, calling for a ship-board aircraft with medium bomber speed, warload and range. Most manufacturers responded with 120,000 lb behemoths, sea-going B-47's intended to operate from the then un-built super carrier United States. Heinemann thought BuAir had their heads up their auspufrhor's, and designed his bomber to fly off the Essex class ships at 70,000lbs. The rest is history. FSX/P3D Airbus A350-900XWB Qatar package. Qatar Airways currently (2016) have 37 Airbus A350XWB on order. The Airbus A350 XWB is a family of long-range, twin-engine wide-body jet airliners from the European aircraft maker Airbus. The A350 is the first Airbus aircraft with both fuselage and wings made mainly from carbon fibre structure. The A350 is intended to replace the A340 and compete with Boeing's 787 and 777. Added the textures by Punit Soneji. Assembled using the pack base by FSPainter with enhanced Thomas Ruth VC with updates by Louis Quintero and some further edits by Chris Evans.

Transforms the generic dull scenery around CYXD airport, into a detailed replica of the actual city. Features include a detailed representation of the downtown area, along with most other major structures that would be visible from the air; reflective "glass" buildings; more accurate rendition of West Edmonton Mall (compared to my earlier offering); reworked landclass and elevation values, which permit a nicer rendition of the river valley, as well as the urban areas south of the river; repositioned river sections; bridges; refineries to the east of the city; outlying towns; major roads, and modifications to CYEG and CYYC. 6.1MB
