If you didn't already know, Horizon offers the ONLY aviation videos in the world with 100% real sound! I made this soundpack because I was sick of trying to get each engine to sound right... The soundpacks I download never seem to represent the Trent 700, or the CF6, or the PW4000 like they sound in real life. FSX Mission Rewards Decompile Utility. This is a little tool that decompiles and extracts bitmaps from mission rewards files (RWD) of Microsoft Flight Simulator X. A source XML file is generated and can be recompiled to create a (theorically) identical file. See the manual of bglcomp and mission creation kit in the SDK. 4MB

Large Hangers and Airfield Buildings SS V2+ scenery object library. A collection of large hanger scenery objects for FS9. Also includes a large and small terminal building, a small hanger with a corner office, an FBO, and a small airmail depot. Each hanger comes in three variations: door fixed open, door fixed closed, and door animated. Version 2+ adds specific compatibility with RWY12, ADE9X, and Sbuilder 2.05. If you have already installed the previous version of this library and are NOT using one of these programs to place scenery objects, you do not need to download and install V2+. V2+ also includes the updated textures from SS_Textures_update_1.zip. Installing V2+ should not affect any scenery made using objects from V2. By Sidney Schwartz

USA Southern States USGS 10 metre mesh terrain - FSX only. This constitutes 10 metre terrain mesh for a section of the USA, The whole USA East mesh files will abutt the US West Coast 10m mesh already available, that was made by: Raimondo Taburet. Make sure you have your scenery terrain settings at about 5 metres in the FSX display dialogue for the mesh to show properly! Batch 10 also contains 10 metre mesh for an area below 33 degrees latitude on the western part of the USA, this was missing in Raimondo Taburet's files. See jpg for coverage. This other version of the B737-800 EICAS is the exact replica of the gauge provided with FSX and adapted for the FIP. I created this version just to test the possibility to use circular images as for the N1, EGT and fuel gauges. Not so easy but time is the main factor for success. It comes in two versions, one that shows the fuel flow (to be multiplied by 1000 like the FSX gauge) and the fuel tanks in pounds. The second version shows the fuel flow (no multiplier) and the fuel tanks in gallons. The gauge provides TAT, N1, EGT, N2, Fuel flow, oil pressure, oil temperature, engine vibration, center, right and left fuel tanks quantity. Additionally it provides the possibility to move the N1 green bug (unfortunately decimal for autopilot values is not available for FSX). Two warnings for each engine also appear: start valve open and low oil pressure.
