by Massimo Taccoli, panel by Jean-Pierre Langer. This fix enable
the not operating AP of the Atlantic 1 panel , ref.: MT_ATL1.zip,
MT_ATL1M.zip , MT_ATL2.zip, and add a new operating annunciator
light panel not working in the original version of the panel.

The Ra5c variant saw extensive use in Vietnam as a tactical strike aircraft. 3 USN liveries by Antonio Diaz included - RVAH-7 602NH, RVAH-6 601AJ and RVAH-14 604AG.
