Kenn Borek Air is based in Calgary, Canada and in addition to operating an airline serving remote regions of northern Canada they charter aircraft world-wide to commercial,scientific and humanitarian organisations for use in undeveloped terrain. The company operate one of the biggest DHC-6 fleets in the world, currently numbering 42, and because of the versatility of the DHC-6 they can be chartered out on wheels, skis or floats as required by the client. Sometimes they operate in the client's own livery, sometimes in Kenn Borek livery and sometimes a combination of both. This package comprises two models of the DHC-6 Twin Otter, a short nose version on skis and a long nose version on tundra tires. Custom panel and VC included with full DHC-6 sound file. FSX Flight Management Automation (FMA) (Fixed), adds VNAV automation to the FSX default Boeing 747 like an FMC. It also features thrust selection for a "pitch for air speed" logic as well as autoland for fully automated landings. If you want it to, FMA is capable of completing an entire flight on its own just after rotation. Additionally FMA can be deactivated at any time and doesn't use extra buttons allowing you to control it completely from the VC. 3.3MB

F-105 Thud USAF. This is a Repaint of Alpha Sims F-105 S# 62-4438 Modified for For Flight Simulator X . The F-105 evolved from a project that began in 1951 by Republic Aviation to develop a supersonic tactical fighter-bomber to replace the F-84F. The prototype first flew on October 22, 1955, but the first production aircraft, the F-105B, as not delivered to the USAF until 1958. The F-105D all-weather strike fighter and the (2)-place F-105F dual-purpose trainer-fighter also were built before the F-105 production (833 aircraft) ended in 1964. During the Vietnam War a large number of the F-105F were converted to the enemy radar jamming F-105G aircraft and specialized in destroying surface-to-air missile sites. These F-105Gs with their unique missions were called "Wild Weasels" Warner Robins Air Logistics Center managed the communications, fire control, bombing and electronic warfare systems for all F-105 aircraft. This Repaint was delivered to the USAF in February 1964 as a (2) seat F-105F. It was later modified to the "Wild Weasel" F-105G configuration and last served with the 116th Tactical Fighter Wing (ANG) at Dobbins AFB, GA before its retirement in 1983 when it was flown to Robins AFB for display.
