above) represents 05-5139 operated by the 452nd Air Mobility
Wing (Air Force Reserve) at March Field in Riverside, CA. Deliveries
of C-17s to March Field began in the Summer of 2005. Model and
original textures by Mike Stone. Repaint by Frank Safranek.

Sudan Airways Boeing 737-2J8C(A)
on a scheduled passenger flight from Port Sudan to the capital
city of Khartoum, crashed several minutes after takeoff following
a report of trouble from the Captain to Air Traffic Control.
One passenger, a two-year-old boy, survived the accident and
was listed in good condition. Rest in peace for the unfortunate

Spanish C-47B Textures

FS2004 version of my Spanish C47B, FSX original textures. Aircraft represented is a Spanish 792 Squadron, 79 Wing (in the AGA, Air Force pilots Academy) based on San Javier, Murcia, during last 60´s and first 70´s. Spanish ones were of many types, from DC-3 to various C-47 that were in the Air Force, then many in Iberia Spanish airlines, Spantax, Aeroflete, etc, and some of them again in the Air Force. This example particularly was a C-47B, but default FSX is a DC-3, this is the one I had to paint. Instead I dont mind that, the aircraft is so pretty enough even in the incorrect version : ) .

FSX/FS2004 Upgrade For Dornier Do-31E3 VTOL

FSX/FS2004 Upgrade for my Dornier Do-31E3 VTOL-transport aircraft (requires do31vtol.zip). When I have built this amazing aircraft two years ago I've had only a half year experience in 3D-modelling. In the meantime I learned more which led to some improvements: Rolling wheels for taxiing, the VTOL consoles left and right of the instrument panel and the compass in the VC are now functional, improved window frames in the VC (3D instead of 2D), head up console enlarged in the VC matching the 2D panel and a smoothed copilot. Files just for overwriting. FSDS 3.5 model and improvements by Erwin Welker.

Civilian Coupe Mk2

Civilian Coupe Mk2. Design originated in about 1926 by Harold Boultbee, Assistant Chief Designer at Handley Page, resigning in 1928 to produce his Coupe aircraft. G-AAIL was first flown on 11 August 1929 powered by an ABC Hornet of a nominal 80 HP.
Flight tests at Martlesham Heath did not fare too well, in flight handling & the forward view were criticised. Further woes were added when the undercarriage collapsed & some engine bearers broke due to vibrations from the Hornet engine.
