FS2004 Chiang Mai 2004, Thailand. Airport & surrounding scenery. Background: Chiang Mai International Airport is under the authority of the Airport Authority of Thailand. It was somewhat difficlut to find detailed information on this airport, and I had to rely on help from others. One person who really wanted to see this scenery made a point of getting a copy of the airport layout from the AIP and sending it to me. Photographs are helpful for making custom buildings, but layout diagrams are invaluable to accurate placement of buildings and taxiways. By Martin Strong. 6.9MB

Lleida-Alguaire Regional Airport (LEDA)located in Alguaire, 15 km (9.3 mi) from the centre of Lleida, Catalonia, Spain. A new airport in real life and now in FSX as well. The airport opening ceremony took place on January 17, 2010 with the first flight on February 5. Some years ago I posted this scenery which I must apologise had many mistakes. I have learnt a lot since then and all the mistakes have now been corrected in this pack. The new scenery still has the upgraded Jauncho Yrausquin airport (SABA) which can accomodate heavies (no more surf on the runway) and my fictitious airport Shamrock Ridge (COLL) on the same island above SABA with a sheer 880ft cliff facing you on landing and a take-off between two cliff faces. Lots of new scenery has been added... beaches, waterfalls, helipads and seaplane docks with starts and a cruise liner anchored just off a new small sheltered harbour below Shamrock Ridge's runway 4. Special thanks go to my FSX friend Miles Franklin in Caracas, Venezuela for encouraging me to do the update,also for helping me find all the mistakes and for all his ideas for additional scenery inspiring me to do the fix.
