Although best known for their service with the Royal Air Force, Mosquitoes were also flew in several U.S. Army Air Force units as photographic and weather reconnaissance aircraft and as a night fighter. During the war, the USAAF acquired 40 Canadian Mossies and flew them under the American F-8 (photo reconnaissance) designation. In addition, the British turned over more than 100 Mosquitoes to the USAAF under Reverse Lend-Lease. These aircraft retained their British designations. Texture by Foxtrot Flyers.

FS2004 Dauntless D1 Experimental Turbo Prop Sport Plane. This is a composite design study featuring seating for a total of 8 passengers, contra rotating props, a single Pratt and Whitney turbine for propulsion, retracting landing gear, opening sky stair, virtual cockpit, illuminated instrumentation when in VC mode, wheel chaulks and pitot cover flags with 'Wing Fold' command, and data on flight and the custom panel layed out in the Manual. This package comes with two complete color schemes of either browns or blues including interior fabrics. Also note two variations of prop models, one being the new experimental sub-sonic. FS2004 Boeing 767-300E Martinair Textures only. This repaint depicts the special livery of Martinair as applied to the airline's Boeing 767-300ER: PH-MCL. The airline was founded by Dutch aviation pioneer Martin Schröder who started Martin's Air Charter (MAC) in May,1958. Now 50 years later this Boeing 767 has received a retro decoration to commemorate that moment. The Project OpenSky (POSKY) Boeing 767-300 V4 for FS2004 is needed in order to fly it (here). Translucent and Transparent Grass Textures for Steve McClelland's Far East Scenery Package and Williamtown RAAF Scenery, but they can be used in any scenery package by simply renaming the files appropriately. These were created by Kelticheart for the purpose of 'blending' the airfields in older non-GSL scenery into the parent scenery more effectively. I am just doing the posting on these with Kelti's blessing. Tom Sanford, Tango_Romeo, sanfordze@bellsouth.net Whether you use the translucent grass textures, which still outline the grass area of each airfield, but in a 'blended' way, or chose the transparent textures for the 'no grass' look(my preference), you will find that your old airfields take on a new look of realism. This is freeware and subject to then normal conditions. Installation is simple for the Far East and Williamtown. Simply paste the appropriate texture files into the texture folders for each scenery package. Backup your originals in case you want them later.

This folder contains a repaint for the Aerosoft PBY Catalina for FSX, representing N2763A in the colors of Alaska Coastal Ellis Airlines, that this cat wore between 1962 and 1968. The aircraft is currently undergoing restoation with the Yanks Air Museum in California. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the repaint kit by Aerosoft.
