Ilyushin Il-2 1943-44.
The Ilyushin Il-2 Sturmovik 2 seat Ground Attack aircraft. This is
the production version that came out in mid 1943, with wooden swept
back wing. Later in 1944 with a metal wing. This was the last production
version of the Il-2 and the most numerous. Extra winter skin is of
the wood wing version. Model file, airfile, DP, panel, and textures

This well known vehicle was modeled to be
"as close as you can get" from the famous
all-terrain wonder. Multi-resolution 4 LODs
model with BMP textures. Original sounds and
panel. Moving front wheels and steering
wheel, headlights and black-out lights,
foldable windshield, virtual "dashboard".
Tested across the Swiss Alps with success!

X-Plane 11.35+ Grumman F8F-1 Bearcat 1.0.1. The Grumman F8F-1 Bearcat is a single engine carrier based fighter designed at the end of 1943. 1436 aircraft, including prototypes, were built. After the WW2, the French Air Force received 200 Bearcats to be used during the Indochina War. The one presented here is an aircraft of the Groupe de Chasse GC2/21 based at Than Son Nut in 1954. It took part in operations over Rien Bien Phu. Credit goes to Beber for the use of his pilots. By Philippe Gastebois.
