Alphasim B-24D Liberator "The Sandman" Textures

This is a repaint of Alphasim payware B-24D Liberator
"The Sandman". B-24D-55-CO Serial Number 42-40402 9th AF,
98th BG, 345th BS. Robert Sternfels flew the Sandman on the famous 1943 Ploesti raid. The Sandman is pictured in a well known photo of a B-24 just clearing the oil refinery smoke stacks. The plane hit a barrage ballon cable but was able to return to base in North Africa.

Model by Project Airbus. 2020 updated VC by Speedbird77 with built in FMC by Garret Smith. Includes A320 operation manual and checklist. Airbus sounds included. Textured and assembled for P3D v5.3 by Chris Evans. Should work in FSX and other P3D

FSX/Acceleration/FS2004/P3d3.5 Chance Vought Cutlass F7-U. This was an USN carrier-based jet fighter and fighter-bomber of the early Cold War era with a highly unusual, semi-tailless design. That sophisticated design, based an German Arado concept aircraft caused numerous technical and handling problems with some dramatical accidents and the insufficient thrust and unreliable engines led to a short career. The original FS2004 model comes from RanchoJEN team/ J.E.Narcizo. Michael Pook's upgrade with static VC gave me the motivation to build a dynamic VC which is close to the real cockpit. He did also the panel configuration and the FDE tuning which gives that rare bird an excellent handling for carrier landings. Reconverted model with 2D panel and VC (Shift E 2 for missiles shots (VC only)) by Erwin Welker.

This Yuma Airport scenery was a side venture for a local expert on Yuma who got me interested in making the scenery for this airport. I agreed to this as a side project but it actually grew to become a medium detail level scenery project. I used mostly default elements for the aprons and taxiways and many other default objects.
