ATI - Aero Trasporti Italiani was formed late 1963 as a subsidiary
of Alitalia. In 1964, ATI took over domestic routes until then
operated by another Alitalia subsidiary, SAM - Società Aerea
Mediterranea. Acting as the main Italian domestic operator for
many years, ATI was integrated into Alitalia in November 1994.
The texture represents one of the thirteen planes that flied
with this little but efficient company. Needs the F27 by Mike
Stone ( required here).Repaint

The ER-2 (sometimes called Yer-2 or Jer-2) went into production in late 1940. A total of approx. 458 examples being built. The Er-2 was popular in service with its crews, and participated in many heroic encounters. Er-2s played a key role in the Defense of Moscow, took part in the bombing of Berlin, and conducted very long duration patrols over the Baltic coastline, almost always without escort. The Laird "Super Solution" was designed and built for the Cleveland Speed Foundation. Work began on the Super Solution LC-DW500 the 8th day of July, 1931 and it was test flown on the 22nd of August, 1931. Named the "Sky Buzzard", the plane had a top speed of 265 mph. This is a completely new model with textures by Jeff Lewis. GMAX mdl by A.F.Scrub
