FS2004/FSX Magnum texture for ALPHA_Hughes_MD500

Magnum PI texture for the ALPHA_Hughes_MD500 in FS9 (& FSX version).
This is just for fun. The Hughes MD-500 is a newer model than
used on Magnum PI back in the 70s. But what the heck...It still
looks great flying around Honolulu and the islands.
Fixed the dark landing light and added light reflections to the probe
below it by changing the light maps. Now when the light is
turned on, it and probe shine. Added cfg lines in the readme.txt
so you can add Shockwave Lights if you have them.

Virtavia C-17 Globemaster III aircraft.cfg light cordinates for A2A/Shockwave Productions shockwave 3D Lights Redux-FSX, may work in FS9 but not tested.
You'll need the shockwave 3D Lights Redux and the Virtavia - C-17A Globemaster III X, both are payware!

I updated the panel config file for the Samdim Tu-124 keeping it 90 percent origional. this is a 2D panel only, No VC. Can be used for either the Tu-104 or Tu-124.

A scenery enhancement for the Billings Airport (KBIL) that includes
a totally redesigned terminal building based on a true footprint
and some photorealistic textures of the real-world terminal
at KBIL. Also includes terminal roads and the new control tower/tracon
building to the west of the airport terminal. All objects designed
in GMAX and use DXT1 textures for good framerates. Todd Lucas.

This helicopter operated as "Babyheli" in the 90's, based at
the Childrens hospital Zurich. Callsign was "Rega Golf Yankee"
(HB-XGY), today still as Rega 1. Panel by Peter Salzgeber, SHDG.
Allison startup (consult sound readme!). Repaint by Pascal Küffer,
