CFS2 C-47 Tribute to Bob Hope Although a Vast Majority of the CFS2 Community are to Young to Know who Bob Hope is, He Toured with the USO In WW II, Korea, Vietnam and the Gulf War bringing laughter & forever memories to the US troops. I can remember as a kid back in the 60's watching him on some of those tours entertaining troops and making those rough times a little bit more enjoyable in those days of "Conflict". Bob also did more than his part to bring smiles & laughs to a time that the world was making drastic changes for both better and worse, he made things a little easier to cope with. FS2004 Vought SBU-1. The SBU-1 was one of many Vought aircraft to be named "Corsair". It was one of the last fixed gear scout bombers to used by the Navy. This FSDSv3 project has the usual animations, sliding canopy, operating tail hook, landing and nav lights. The 2D panel and VC are based on a photo. The VC has operating gauges and animated flight controls. The paint job is for the 1st section leader of VS-3 assigned to the USS Saratoga. FS2002 Belgian Air Force Embraer ERJ-135 This aircraft of the 15th Air transport wing is the first ERJ-135 to be delivered to the Belgian air Force in June 2001. Two ERJ-135 and two ERJ-145 was acquired by the BAF to replace his olds Hawker Syddeley 748 and Merlin IIIA. This aircraft is based at Melsbroek Airbase near Brussels.
