1.17Mb (1022 downloads)
FS2004 Comet 4B DH Comet 4B Olympic (BEA) early Textures only. There was a lot of interworking between the Comet 4B fleets of Olympic Airways and BEA. SX-DAN is shown here displaying full Olympic livery with the red BEA fuselage squares. Nominally delivered to BEA 14 July 1960 as G-APZM it was leased the same day to Olympic Airways. Taking up Greek marks in April 1966 and becomming SX-DAN it was returned to BEA in November 1969. Restored to G-APZM, it was sold to Channel Airways in May the following year serving until the demise of the airline still sporting a basic Olympic livery. Channel failed at the end of February 1972 and in May this aircraft joined Dan Air. Flying with it's new owner until 14 November 1978 it was broken up at Lasham in September 1980. Requires the DH 106 Comet 4B model by David Maltby here: Repaint Garry Russell. 1.2MB

FS2004 HS 121 Trident 1E-140 Channel Airways Textures only
1.31Mb (1022 downloads)
FS2004 HS 121 Trident 1E-140 Channel Airways Textures only. Channel Airways took the bold and ill advised step of ordering a fleet of brand new HS Tridents and BAC 1-11's. It was soon realised that the airline would be unable to sustain their purchase so the orders were trimmed. The Trident order was for five high capacity series 1E-140 with seven abreast seating in some parts of the fuselage. Only two were delivered, one was sold to Air Ceylon and the remaining two to BKS. The airline was not even to operate two aircraft for long as one, G-AVYE was later grounded due to an engine being held by Rolls Royce against debt. It donated a few parts to the remaing machine. After Channel's collapse both the aircraft were sold to BEA. Requires the HS121 Trident 2 model by David Maltby here. Repaint Garry Russell. 1.3MB

FSX St Louis PhotoReal Scenery. This is high resolution, 1 meter/pixel, terrain scenery for St Louis, Missouri (MO). Section, Q, is one of 30. A map and descriptions show the section locations and some feature details. This photoscenery is for DAY USE ONLY and will work for any season, but shows only the USGS aerial photo data taken in March 2002. The default FSX mesh works well with this photoscenery and no additional mesh for the area needs to be purchased. The 30 sections of scenery, totalling 2 Gb, contains photoreal terrain textures, encompassing an area bounded by 31.7 E-W and 27.4 N-S miles (about 870 square miles). Each section is independent, but the user may want most or all sections to provide continuity and completeness. By Jim Jones.
