Nakajima Kikka Upgrade
(Category: CFS1 > Modern Aircraft)
0.39Mb (1007 downloads)
New version with moving flaps and landing gear.
The Nakajima Kikka (Orange Blossom), was clearly inspired by the German Me 262 jet fighter, and was the only World War II Japanese jet aircraft capable of taking off under its own power.
The first prototype was ready by August 1945. Lieutenant Commander Susumu Takaoka made the first flight on August 7 (a day after of Hiroshima).
Development of the Kikka ended four days after with the Japanese surrender.
Original design: 'flyman' Yusaku Honma.
Original Me-262 Panel: Bernd Drefahl.
Original Me-262 Gauges: Stefan Geissler.

Hawaiian Airports Part 3
(Category: FSX > Scenery)
82.53Mb (1006 downloads)
Hawaiian Airports Part 3.
This scenery features the airports at Princeville, Port Allen, Waimea and Upolu. HI01-Princeville and PAK-Port Allen are located on the island of Kauai, the film location made famous by Stephen Spielberg's blockbuster, Jurrasic Park. PHMU-Waimea and PHUP-Upolu are located in the North West of Hawaii, also known as the Big Island. All runways, aprons, taxiways and buildings have been repositioned to their correct locations, and the scenery has been recreated based on photos of the real airports. The scenery features many animated objects including people, aircraft, animals, waves, cars, trucks and many more. Full night textures with light maps are included.
All the scenery files have been sub-divided so they can be switched on or off according to user preference and hardware configuration. It has been designed for, and tested in DX9 and FSXA only. The airports include sloped flattens so they can also be used with high density mesh.
This file also includes updates for Hawaiian Airports Part 2.
Please enjoy, and I hope you like my scenery as much as I enjoyed building it. George Keogh

THIS PACKAGE IS DEDICATED TO SGT JOHNNY JOHNSON the last British survivor of the Dambuster raid on the Ruhr Dams 17 May 1943. These are two of the aircraft used for that film. Refer pdf's in Documents for details. As in previous Dambuster uploads the aircraft are fs9 Plane-Design Lancasters updated to FSX. The Paints for AJ-Q and AJ-T are by Koos van Menen of the Netherlands who also provided the droppable Upkeep, the Flak at the Hamm Railway yards and rearward firing guns for the Lancaster. The Howden and Derwent Dam walls and towers by John Young. Saved flights are provided to sim the event AND to easily locate the Derwent and Sorpe Dams. The flyable aircraft are FULL FSX versions packaged by Ross McLennan. THIS PACKAGE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR p3d.

Prepar3D v2 Launcher Utility
(Category: Prepar3d > Utilities)
0.45Mb (1006 downloads)
Prepar3D v2 Launcher Utility. Why you need it?
"Prepar3D v2" starts directly in flight. Even you enable the scenario starup menu on startup there is no option to load your flight from there. Every time, after the default flight gets loaded, you have to go to the menu and load your saved flight from there which is a total waste of time. I created this little utility to solve this little but annoying problem until Prepar3D development team takes care of it. The program will launch "Prepar3D v2" directly with your saved flight that you choose as you will expect.
This method is also a faster way to start the simulator as you don't need to wait anything to be loaded except your saved fight.
