Update of the SU-27 Flanker by Peter Davies

This is an update for FSX of the SU-27
Flanker by Peter Davies. What I did before: I
updated the flight dynamics, added a panel
light, fixed the original textures, some were
invisible, and added a panel that I modified
from a freeware panel background by Phil
Perrott. The blue textures are by Marshall
Carter. What I did for this update: I have
changed the effects for the smoke, touchdown,
burner and afterburner flame. Changed a gauge
on the panel and updated the flight dynamics.
The aircraft will now hold speed and altitude
while on autopilot down low, say 5,000 ft.
This is the whole aircraft. No virtual cockpit.

My first attemt to create a Soundset for the famous Rolls-Royce Merlin, used in aircraft like the Spitfire, Hurricane, Battle, or Defiant. Recorded from real Merlin test-runs and converted for use in FS 2004.

The Thunderbolts of the 79th FG out of Fano,
Italy in 1945 retained the X-plus numbers system it first used
on P-40's in North Aftrica. This P-47 was in service with the
86th FS. Repaint/Standalone conversion by Tom Stovall. 1.4MB

Special Tactics: • Assign your wingmen to the tankers adjacent to
Kristina (to the right). • As you enter the primary target area open
fire with all guns, then as you get close enough drop your bombs.
if you feel you can do it, fly to secondary target area and strafe

The scenery covers the area from E15 (where the CFS stock scenery
ends) to E20, and from N49 (northern Czechoslovakia) to N55 (the
Baltic Sea). Includes airfields in Poznan, Torun, Bydgoszcz, Czestochowa,
Ostrow, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz...and bridges over the Vistule river.
Elevated mesh made with CFSclass using DEM data and stock CFS textures.
2 classlists for fall/winter/summer textures or only summer. V.Moyet.

Map: A little information to help mission makers use my 'Western
Poland' scenery. The included map was generated by CFS Class by
Martin Wright during the scenery creation process. It can be used
for mission creation. Airfield coords are also provided. 364K
