FS2004 Douglas C-47 Package with Long Range Tanks This package offers the Douglas C-47 in five WWII liveries and incorporates virtual cockpit, (VC), a Long Range Tank modification. Beaumont and Bitzer's four-tank "no ALL tanks" and automixture modifications are also included, together with Dave Bitzer's latest improved flight dynamics. The default FS2004 DC-3 is configured for three fuel tanks, whereas by design the C-47/DC-3 had four tanks. The C-47 was also designed to permit the installation of up to eight 100-gallon fuselage tanks in the fuselage so that aircraft could operate over longer routes as needed for military service. With proper leaning of the mixture, 3200 nautical miles are possible in no-wind conditions. Typical circumstances in which such long range capability was sought included ferry delivery of new aircraft across the Atlantic or Pacific in wartime and extended search and rescue work where fueling facilities were scarce or non-existent. FS2004 Viking DHC6-400 Twin Otter. The worldwide demand for refurbished Twin Otters is such that Viking Air have commenced manufacture of new aircraft in their plant in Calgary, Canada, using original de Havilland jigs and tools. The new manufacture -400 model is externally identical to the -300 but has a Honeywell "glass cockpit" avionics suite. We could not source freeware Honeywell gauges so we have used Garmin avionics in this model. The launch customer is Zimex Aviation of Switzerland and first delivery is expected in September 2009. FS2002/FS2004 McDonnell Douglas F-4E Phantom II (latter term type) Type E is a lot of models produced in F-4. This file is modeling of airframes of types produced in that at latter term. Nose vulcan and the slot of the horizontal tail that is the feature of Type E is reproduced. Moreover, leading edge slat of the main wing that is the feature of the production type of latter term also has taken it. A new special panel is attached to this file. Updated for Simviation.com. FS2004 C119 Boxcar USAF. Complete aircraft with my ownversion of USAF texture. This is my version of a U.S. Air Force C119, a livery taken from an old photo. I repeat that it is MY VERSION and now an attempt to replicate the one in the photograph. The polished aluminium or chrome effect was achieved by modifying the Alpha channel in a special way -- a technique which Mark (Fireball) Rooks kindly and unselfishly, shared with me.
