De Havilland DHC-6 300 FACH Pack
(Category: CFS1 > Modern Aircraft)
1.89Mb (816 downloads)
In 1969, the De Havilland DHC-6 Twin Otter 300 series (long nose) was introduced. Both aircraft performance and payload were improved by fitting more powerful PT6A-270 engines. This was a 680 hp (510 kW) engine that was flat-rated to 620 hp (460 kW) for use in the Series 300 Twin Otter. The Series 300 proved to be the most successful variant by far, with 614 Series 300 aircraft and their sub-variants (Series 310 for United Kingdom operators, Series 320 for Australian operators, etc.) sold before production ended in 1988.
The Chilean Air force operate the Twin Otter since the sixties, mainly in southern territories as Llanquihue, Aysén and Magallanes regions. The resemblance of the climate and the topography between our southern regions and his native land Canada, make it optimum to operate here.
Created by: Barry Blaisdell & Jens Borgstroem for FS98
Adapted to CFS1 and repainted by: Edmundo Abad
Converted to CFS1 and repainted in four textures as:
-DHC-6 300 #944 green/grey camouflage with high visibility markings.
-DHC-6 300 #946 green/grey camouflage with low visibility markings and without door for skydiving operations.
-DHC-6 300 #947 all grey camouflage with high visibility markings.
-DHC-6 300 #948 green/grey camouflage with high visibility markings.
I have included a damage profile for use with CFS1, with experimental armament for close support missions, tested in the DHC-6 during the "Beagle Channel crisis" (1978) :
2 x 0.50 machine gun in the wing-struts, 1 x 0.30 machine gun in the left side door, and bombs.

Titan Airways is a UK charter airline based at London Stansted Airport and offers charter flights for tour operators, government, entertainment and sports. As of October 2019, Titan operates 12 aircraft, 2 of which are Boeing 757-200.
I am revising many of my 1st repaints to fix errors and improve the package.
The fantastic FSX Native Boeing 757-200 from TDS includes high detail model with ground servicing and more. The VC is the Alejandro Rojas Lucena/FSND fantastic Boeing 737-800 VC cockpit tinted to be more brown like the 757, plus a 2d 757/767 panel by Philipe Wallaert (press F10).
See VC docs to get the best out of the VC and FMC.

75th Anniversary Dam Buster Raid on the Ruhr Dams
(Category: FSX > Scenery)
8.02Mb (815 downloads)
The sceneries for the Moehne and Eder Dams before and after the attacks. Suitable only for default FSX or the preferred Aerosoft West German VFR. The plans as used for the game Celebration Flight from RAF Scampton to RAF Scampton on the 16-17 May 2018 are based on the book THE DAM BUSTERS by Jonathan Falconer. Flying time, UP to DOWN in the game was a little under 6 hours in AJ-G as Wing Commander Guy Gibson. Training for the raid was carried out with two flights, one to Wainfleet in AJ-Q and the other to the Derwent Dams in AJ-X. The raid on the Sorpe in AJ-T was the second part of the Celebration. The PR Spitfire recon flight plan from RAF Benson is presented as going to all of the Dams that were part of the brief in 1943. A PDF describes the outcomes of two Celebrations on opposite sides of the world, one in South Australia and one in The Netherlands (Koos van Menen). Packaged and flown by Ross McLennan.
