The Sopwith 5F.1 Dolphin was a British fighter aircraft manufactured by the Sopwith Aviation Company. It was used by the Royal Flying Corps and its successor, the Royal Air Force, during the First World War. The Dolphin entered service on the Western Front in early 1918 and proved to be a formidable fighter. This is a native FSX update for the FS2004 model by Ed Cook, now with new VC and 2D panel. The Mauterndorf Airfield is the highest airfield in Austria: 3642 ft or 1110 meters above sea level. This Airfield is very popular with glider flyers due to the good updrafts for flying in the alps. Mauterndorf and the surrounding villages, valleys and major roads are included. As well the field is covered by a photo background, wich includes four different images , each for one of the four seasons spring, summer, autum and winter. The buildings in this scenery are designed mainly new by myself, but also a lot of objects from two very popular freeware libraries. It is basically a panel update for both the VC and 2D panel featuring an enhanced VC without the graphic issue the default one as well as the FSX update by Michael E. Roberts displays in FSX.
