Built as a B-25J for the USAAF as 44-30925, MSN108-34200 was converted to a TB-25N at some stage in its service, before being stored at Davis-Monthan in August 1958. Sold in 1960 as N9494Z, she went through a variety of owners before appearing in “Catch 22” as “Laden Maiden”. After filming, Colonel John Stokes bought the aircraft in 1975 and restored the colour scheme as she appeared in the film. Colonel Stokes very kindly sent me several photographs of N9494Z when she wore the scheme that I have used on this model. The late John Jeff Hawke bought her in 1978 to continue her film career appearing in the documentary “Mitchells do fly in IMC”, then in “Hanover Street” as “Gorgeous George-Ann”, and finally as “Thar She Blows” in “Eye of the Needle” in 1980. Her film career over, she was stored at Blackbushe becoming derelict, until 1982 when she was dismantled and trucked to Wellesbourne Mountford in 1982 and then to Coventry in 1985, still owned by John Jeff Hawke/ Visionair International. In 1985 Aces High bought the aircraft registering her as G-BWGR and moving the hulk to North Weald. She was then sold to David Copley in 1998, moving to Sandtoft in 2001. The Brussels Air Museum Foundation bought her in 2005 and she is currently being restored to static condition. I have used the brilliant Brian Withers/Roy Chaffin/Bluebear B-26J RAF MkII and modified the TruNorthSim USA/Africa texture adding the nose art, national markings and tail markings as used by Colonel John Stokes in San Marcos, TX. There is also engine exhaust flames and smoke and, when the main exit is open, the crew leave. The only snag is that Laden Maiden never carried the cheek guns as on the model and I can't remove them.

FSX/P3D Boeing 727-200 Alaska Airlines 1990 livery package. Alaska Airlines operated the Boeing 727-200 until 1994. Boeing made the 727-200 between the early 1960's to 1984. It has a max. range of 2700nm. Boeing 727-200 native FSX model by TDS/ Tenkuu Developers Studio with Thomas Ruth's great Boeing 727 VC added. Includes utility for ground services, Passenger bus, cargo, stairs, refuelling truck etc (find it under - Views - Instrument panel - Util) See panel docs to get the best out of the VC. This is the second update to the KDSM airport. This update features a custom terminal, added car and a parking lot to make the airport more realistic. I made the terminal using Google SketchUp 8, Google Earth, Bing Maps, ModelConverterX, LibraryCreatorXML and Airport Design Editor. This update has no night texture, but I hope to include to include them in a future update. Thank you to CAS for the idea.
