This is a new skin by Bob McGee (Bub) for the updated TR_F-80C (page 21, CFS2 New Files, SimViation. This aircraft was one of four F-80s sent to Europe in late 1944 for operational testing. Two went to England and two to Italy. PN155 was stationed in Italy. The aircraft was not bare metal, but a light or pearl gray. If you want to do some fantasy missions in 1945 over Europe, this is the skin to use, Enjoy.

These textures represent the F-80C Shooting Star Dorothy L/Panther Queen, 49-653, of the 16th FIS, 51st FIW, Suwon AB, Korea in the Spring of 1951. They are for the aircraft by Massimo Taccoli. FSX/P3D Boeing 737-Max 10 United Airlines ecoDemonstrator Explorer package with 'Max' themed cockpit. United is the world's 3rd largest airline by fleet size and currently have 167 Boeing 737 Max 10 on order. N27602 United Airlines 737 MAX 10 aircraft is part of Boeing's ecoDemonstrator fleet to test and develop Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) aiming to maximise aviation fuel efficiency and minimise climate damage. The high spec Boeing 737-Max 10 from TDS. The VC is the Microsoft/Alejandro Rojas Lucena/FSND base modified by Speedbird77/G Munro, to resemble a Max cockpit, including gauges by G. Munro. There are custom CFM eco sounds included for that extra realism. Use - Instrument panel - Util for ground vehicles, doors stairs, fuel truck, buses. New Utility allows Bus, fuel, doors and more. (Go to Views - Instrument panel - Utility). VC added and edited to allow correct VC views, correct jetways and wheel levels. Credits go to TDS fantastic native FSX Boeing Max10 model. While the scenery in Microsoft Flight Simulator is exceptionally good, one thing it has a habit of doing is planting trees where there should be none. This is evident in Snowdonia, Wales, where most of the mountains are bare, but Flight Simulator covers them in trees, especially in areas which are in shadow. This mod removes most of the trees from the mountains to make the scenery look a lot closer to the real thing.

This mission is meant to be about an early TV series of Sky King. He flew 2 different aircraft called the Songbird in the series. The Cessna 310 was his 2nd aircraft & the one used (although a slightly different version here) in this mission. The download is available from Simviation. A nice aircraft! Sky King stood for Skylar King. His niece, Penny, typically appeared the the series. The Mission: Take off in a Cessna 310Q from Sandhill Ranch airport (meant to represent Sky Kings ranch named the Flying Crown) in Page, make 2 stops and land at Page Mun airport in Page. I have added some FSX scenery for additional "eye-candy".
