NWA purchased a fleet of 25 Martin 202s beginning in 1947. Disasterous
structural problems led to the Martin fleet being replaced with the DC-3.
These textures depict a Northwest Martin 202 about 1950.

Notre Dames des Landes Airport (Nantes, France) includes only the AFCAD file with the runways, the apron, parking stands and the taxiways. This does NOT include the buildings.
In February 2008, approval was finally given for the construction of a new airport near Nantes in Brittany by the French ministry for ecology and sustainable development and the Conseil Etat (the public utility decree was signed on 10 February 2008). The new airport has been under discussion for the last 30 years and is expected to become reality by 2017 Construction was scheduled to begin in 2012 !

X-Plane 10 Ostend-Bruges International Airport (EBOS), Belgium, v1.0. This is the very first attempt to bring some life to one of X-Plane's default airport layouts. It took quite some time and was truly "learning by doing" using only OpensceneryX and ruscenery with in WED and OED in XP10. The scenery consists of Apron 1 (Cargo), Apron 2 (Cargo and Holiday charter) and Apron 3 GA plus an aircraft demolition site. For those static aircraft A340s were used for display in lack of the original Meridian Airways DC8s. By Manfred Muller.
