FSX/P3D Boeing 787-9 Avianca package v2. Columbia's flag carrier airline ias based at El Dorado International Airport, Bogota and currently have 13 Boeing 787-8 flying to destinations around South America, Latina America, North America and Europe. I am revising my old repaints to improve textures and fix errors. Credit goes to TDS for the great model and paint kit. Model by Hiroshi Igami/Project Opensky. The VC is the Erik Bender great adaption of the X-plane Mariano Gonzalez (MagKnight)'s 787 VC.. Textured, assembled and tested in P3D v6 by Chris Evans. Should also work in earlier P3D & FSX.

This is a 2D only panel with two forward views plus left and right windows, it has been produced after a great deal of reseach and is an accurate re-production of the original AS MK5 Firefly cockpit.The views can be interchanged easily by clicking onto the appopriate areas of the screen. The panel has a few unique features, the windscreen will ice-up if the de-icing control is off in freezing conditions, the automatic boost is relative to altitude, and the u/c and hydraulics really do fail if you exceed 190 knots wheels down. You wont find things like auto-pilot,climb and dive indictors or mixture controls because they weren't there, and there's no radio it's in the rear cockpit.The aicraft has however an ADF indicator and I've placed the setting wheels in the right-side panel.

There are four parts of this mesh to download as separate files. ASTER GDEM Version 2 is a 30 metre definition DEM, its better than the version 1 data that ERSDAC, of Japan and NASA originally released, but it does have its limitations. GDEM has been obtained from a satellite that uses stereoscopic infrared scanning cameras, this brings with it problems in the resultant data.....where it sees the tops of trees, buildings etc, as the ground terrain. If you look at the jpg image with the terrain type errors shown as a graph, you will see that the only 'safe' terrain to use this data with - in FSX - is scrubland, or desert terrain. Its hopeless in defining the terrain in places like Europe - with all the artificial structures, (buildings) and different types of woodland, so any mesh I create from this data won't include areas like that....it will be more desert type terrain, and scrubland. I won't be doing Greenland because something about the ice around Greenland, (or any other land mass with ice) it creates false data. It does give enough fine data to reveal railway lines, and some roads though. This mesh has been made for FSX only.
