Only 50 were made due to structual Damage from the recoil of the massive gun,It is also well stated that it also had the tendancy for jamming. Only 10 of them were sent to Kg3.The Aircraft was built to be a Tank Buster. The textures were taken from a Old Revell Plastic model Kit, Winter textures are included. Just place DDS files into your stock Ju_88p_4 folder..And ENJOY! My Repaints are all done by actual pictures and is realistic as possible. Peter J. Dowling. 1.3MB

Alternate
            GUI Screens for CFS2
Alternate GUI Screens for CFS2 (Category: CFS2 > Misc)
3.38Mb (604 downloads)
Alternate GUI Screens for CFS2 by Bill Beck. A set of replacement background images for the CFS2 interface and dialog boxes. I've taken pictures from websites, scanned library books of WWII planes and photos, and pretty much used whatever I got my hands on. There's a distinct favoring of corsair imagery. It does not replace all the GUI backgrounds, far from it. But it does offer a refreshing change of look for the main starting pages, the free flight, some of the American campaign, and for some of the settings dialogs. Enjoy. 3.4MB

GZR_Duxford Version 1.0 By Richard Charlebois AKA:- "GZR_Frenchy/Frenchy 335th" GZR_Duxford is a CFS2 scenery "scaled" from actual maps and schematics. It features two runways. One concrete, the other grass, with night lighting for each. They are scaled and as such, not very long. There is "dual scenery entrance" in Free Flight. Also, two way night traffic between GZR_Duxford and GZR_Bassingbourn. This scenery is NOT in the same location as depicted in CFS1 but rather in the correct location and position. 1.8MB

AB-Roland D.VIb (Category: CFS2 > Aircraft)
1.09Mb (604 downloads)
AB-Roland D.VIb For Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator 2 The "klinkerrumpf" style of fuselage was a carry over from Roland’s earlier D.IVb triplane and gave good strength with an appreciable saving in weight. This method of construction consisted of the overlapping of slightly tapered strips of spruce which were wedge shaped in section. These were then glued and nailed to the basic fuselage longerons and formers to give the D.VIb its characteristic look. The aircraft's failing was it's inability to climb with aircraft like the Albatros D.V and Pfalz D.IIIa.Author, model, air and damage profile, textures, and sounds: Michael Priester. 1.1MB
