FS2004 City of Chicago - FSE I loved flying from Meigs but the city seemed almost bear of buildings. Adds over 100 new buildings Some bridges, McDonalds and Petrol Stations Also includes some cranes down at the docks Building Cranes also around the city. I am not from Chicago, not even from the U.S. actually so please do not think this is an accurate representation of this great city. This is only to make it more fun when flying from Meigs or Midway. This is a nostalgia repaint for me. This airframe, registration N603P named 'Pride of Piedmont', was Piedmont Airways' first B767. It was the first widebody aircraft I flew in. It was delivered to Piedmont from Boeing in May of 1987. I flew on it from KBWI. It looked some impressive at the gate parked among the B732's B733's, F50's, Dash7's and other turboprops of the Piedmont fleet of the time. She was a true giant. Anyway, this airframe still flies for US Airways in their new livery and bears registration N245AY. It makes runs from KPHL to/from the west coast (KLAX) and from KCLT over the pond to EGLL on occasion. This is a detailed repaint with custom textures. Logos are all hand-painted. All windows are custom, hand-painted, 3D with window shades. The night textures are custom as well. The repainted textures in this package are 32-bit with no mipmaps for best clarity and quality. The pushback tug bears the Piedmont logos. I hope you enjoy flying this wonderful aircraft as much as I did creating it. This is a complete install. the Mil MI-24 series of Helicopter Gunships are perfect Cold War images of the Soviet concept of a "Flying APC" Armed with AT Missles, Rockets and Cannon, and capable of transporting 8 Troops in its cabin. Caused much concern in the West, where there was no counterpart, and given the NATO code-name "Hind" MI-24's were first built with conventional flightdeck-type cabin,as the MI-24A, then redesigned with the stepped, armored cockpits for pilot and weapons systems operator (wso), as the MI-24D. Later improvements resulted in the V, VP, P, and Recon versions. Was, and still, in service with over 20 nations.
