Real Charts VFR Sectionals: Alaska Pt1

Can be used in any flight simulator. Hi-def scans of real VFR aeronautical United States charts, as available for download from the FAA, reduced and formatted in pdf form by me for use with flight sims. Display them in a kneeboard utility,print them, whatever...I like to use fragments of them to make pdfs for different flights, but that is only one way.
If you want to "get real" about navigating in the sim the way it's done in real life, these charts are for you. But you might also just enjoy wandering around, comparing the chart to the world depicted in the sim.
A basic guide for interpreting them is included, as well as tips on how to measure and mark them. Each chart also includes a handy chart legend, a map showing what region it covers, and airspace and frequency information.

The Petlyakov Pe-2 series 205 Peshka Dive Bomber.The fast Soviet dive
bomber derived from the VI-100 high-altitude fighter in 1940. This
is the version that saw service with the VVS in late 1943 and 1944
and added the 1210 HP Klimov M-105PF engine. Model file, airfile,
DP, panel edit, and textures by Thicko. DP edit and panel by sandydog.

Aircraft Mitsubishi A6M3 Type 32 Zero (Hamp). Mitsubishi
A6M3 Zero, of the 204rd Fighter Group, Rabaul, Imperial japanese Navy
Air Force, piloted by Kenji Yanagiya to escort Admiral Yamamoto on
April 18, 1943. The most noticeable design feature of the Type 32
Zero was its clipped wings. This was intended to improve roll rate,
facilitate quicker handling on aircraft carriers and to take advantage
of the uprated Sakae 21 engine. In the event most Hamps saw their
deployment from land based airstrips in the southern island chains
of New Guinea and the Philippines. Original design for FS98: 'flyman'
