London to Rio (For FS2000) - By Pedro Huitema. Between the 70's and the 80's, the Concorde was not allowed to land in the US because of it's noisy engines. Air France and British Airways figured out that the next most wanted destination by business men was Rio De Janeiro. There was just one catch: from the London to Rio, the Concorde had to land in Dakar to be refuled. This package contains two flights: London to Dakar and Dakar to Rio De Janeiro. Gateway Forest Products in Ketchikan Alaska is another Alaskan dock facility for floatplanes. While that plant at Ketchikan does exist in reality, I modeled it from an existing plant in Montana, where I pulled veneer off the green chain many years ago. I left the loading doors open along the dockside of the plant, which allows good interior views of all the machinery. The interior is brightly night lighted, and all of the major aspects of plywood manufacture in a typical plant are there, right down to the interiors of the restrooms. By Dave Erickson. 1.1MB

FS2000/CFS2 FAP Grumman G.44 Widgeon The Grumman G.44 Widgeon was used in Portugal by the Naval Aviation between 1942 and 1952. After the creation of the FAP (Portuguese air Force), some were transfered to the new weapon and some continued the cartography duty in the Navy, using civilian licence plates. In Portugal were used other versions of the Grumman, such as: - 12 G.21B between 1940 and 1952, in sea patrol missions. Note that there were ordered with no landing gear so that they could have more space available, the very rare G.21A "Goose". - 3 Albatross (1 SA-16A e 2 SA-16B) between 1954 and 1962 for S.A.R missions (Search and Rescue).
