This is a repaint of the L-188 Electra in KLM 1966 colors. The freeware L-188 Electra by Libardo Guzman is needed for this repaint. Textures are 32bit DDS for FSX/P3D3 . FS2004 DXT3 BMP textures are included as well. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should work on FSX, FS2004, & P3Dv3. On February 29, 1956, KLM signed a contract with Lockheed for the delivery of 12 Lockheed L-188C Electras. KLM needed a number of aircraft with a larger flight range and greater capacity than its Vickers Viscounts and the carrier was not convinced that the Se-210 Caravelle was profitable, which proved to be false. KLM was thus the only European user of the L-188 as most major European airlines decided to purchase the Caravelles. The twelve L-188C Electras were delivered to KLM between October 10 1959 and December 14 1960. This is a repaint of PH-LLD which was delivered to KLM on 16 December 1959. In February 1969 it was bought by the U.S. carrier Universal Airlines, and converted to a freighter.

This is a repaint of the F-27 in Sudflug colors. This was the only F-27 that Sudflug operated. It was with them from 1966 to 1967. The freeware CalClassic F-27 by Tom Gibson and Bernward Bockheim is needed for this repaint. The textures are 32bit BMP. It was tested on FSX-SE, but should work on FSX/FS2004/P3Dv1-3.

RAF East Wretham (ICAO X3ER) is a former Royal Air Force station located 6 miles (9.7 km) northeast of Thetford, Norfolk, England. East Wretham airfield was hurriedly brought into service during the early years of World War II as a satellite airfield with No. 311 (Czech) Squadron dispersed there from RAF Honington on 29 July 1940. A more permanent allocation followed in September. The squadron operated their bombers from the airfield until April 1942 when it transferred to Coastal Command. Later, RAF Bomber Command No. 115 Squadron RAF, operating Vickers Wellington Mk IIIs and later Avro Lancasters, occupied the airfield from November 1942. A plan to turn East Wretham into a "Class A" airfield was not carried through, the bomber unit moved to Little Snoring and the station turned over to the USAAF for fighter operations and in October 1943, was assigned USAAF designation Station 133 and was allocated to the United States Army Air Forces Eighth Air Force.

A small addition to update my earlier Argus A10 engine soundset. It occurred to me that if you use this with a ME BF108 Taifun you will need gear up & down sounds. Simply copy & paste the files here into your aircraft 'sound' folder. Click 'replace' when asked regarding the config file. The sample sounds will just be additions to your sounds.
