As Raimondo Taburet hasn't processed the CDED files above 60 degrees latitude for Canada, well here are the ones I have processed.
There isn't any data available from geobase in some of the blocks above 60 degrees latitude, these are blocks: 15, 17, 18, 28, 108, 109, 118, 119.

of VB plane's P-51D. She is called "Katy BEll", and was flown
in the Korean Theater of operations, during the Korean war by Lt Melvin
V. Corley, whose distinguished flying career spanned three of our
country's greatest conflicts, namely WW2, Korea, and Vietnam. Lt Col
Corely USAF (ret) career included combat in Mustangs, F-86's, F-100's,
the ultra-hot F-104 ("Zipper") , F105's and F4 Phantoms. Katy bell
has a smoke system , (FS2K2, and FS2K), GPS for FS2K2, and optional
MP3 player with an easy "read me" install directions in the "extra
