Reports say that the 3 passengers are on-board are OK but the weather is coming in and it will be night time soon. They do have a tent for shelter but temperatures are dropping and we don't want to risk them been out all night. The mission begins on the helli-pad at Geneva with the engine running.

FSX Cessna 208B For FSX Carrier After publishing my FSX AI Carrier package (here) I had several people contact me about cable trapping. Well obviously at the time of writing we can't do that. We need Pete Dowson to make us a new FSX FSUIPC for a start and then we need guys who are cleverer than me to work out how to use the data generated to create traps and catapults. But there is an alternative which is both challenging and good fun at the same time. As you know, the FSX carrier is on the small side and although anyone can land planes like the FSX Trike and the FS2004 Cub on it pretty easily, anything much bigger is not really on. So what I've done is modify the FS2004 Cessna Grand Caravan a wee bit. I've given it bigger flaps which obviously have quite a bit more drag. I've also beefed the brakes up a bit and given you a wee bit more reverse thrust. This baby you can land on the FSX carrier ........ if you're good enough! FSX Curtiss SC-1 Seahawk The Seahawk was the last design specifically created for ship catapult launch and use as a scout plane. This is a native FSX Acceleration project. It has full animations, a specular shine, reflective glass and lights. The panel .cfg contains the gauges necessary for a catapult launch from a properly equipped vessel using the rcbco-30 gauges (not included). The gauges must be activated per the readme. The VC is based on a partial photo and has working gauges and animated flight controls. There is no 2D panel. By Paul Clawson

FS2004 Mumbai Airport 32-bit textures. These textures are to replace the default ones that come with my Mumbai Airport scenery above. The textures included as part of the airport package are DXT3 format (with the exception of the lighting effects, which really need to be 32-bit, but which compress down really well in a zip file).
