the "ground up" to be compatable with FS2000. This is a replacement
(of these airports) for FS 2000, which were in the Ohio_98 scenery
package for FS98 by the same authors. Extra scenery detail around
Put-In- Bay, custom macros and textures, just as in Ohio_98
