Panel Updated Rockwell Commander 685 twin piston panel for
fs98. by Scott Thomas, Adapted from the commander 685 panel,
with permission, by Michael Tscherdantzew Jr. This version contains
the missing panel bitmap from v1 The Commander 685 was the fastest
and the last of the high wing commander twin piston props, (about
1973, i think). All the Commander twins are still very popular
and many are being restored and beautifully outfitted inside!

If you’ve tried flying the FS2000 Bell 206 and crashed on every
takeoff - come with me to Governor’s Harbor, North Eluthera,
MYEM in the Bahamas and try your hand after a few hints on how
to do it under ideal condition. You are missing a real treat
if you’ve never flown NOE down the Grand Canyon or made a late
night visit to one of those off-shore drilling rigs in ¾ mile
vis in the pouring rain. Helicopters are closer to "flying like
the birds" than any other "Seized wing" machine and they offer
a lot of great scenery or gut wrenching challenges far away
form those well groomed, lighted, landing areas they call Airports.

PARTS VERSION (FLAPS ; GEARS ; PROPELLERS) Produced in modest
numbers, the sleek Xingu couples the Banderiante's wing and
engines with an all new fuselage. The major customer for the
Xingu was the French military for aircrew training and liaison
duties for the airforce and navy. Production ceased in 1987
