Davidson Airstrip is located on the southernmost end of Amber Lake. The airstrip has been completely rebuilt from the ground up, fixing the runway elevation issue and adding a mud/dirt runway texture. A number of the lakes and ponds surrounding Amber Lake now have a water surface defined and have been flattened to allow for future float plane operations. Several docks have also been placed around Amber and a few other lakes and ponds, as well as some water overlay issues fixed in the vicinity of the airport. McDonnell Douglas MD-11 Native Prepar3D v4 model. This package contains the passenger version of the MD-11 in a real paint in Air Namibia livery. This Freeware model once was created for FS2004 by SMS Overland. You can now pilot this aircraft on Prepar3D v4.5+ with a virtual cockpit, Panel 2D, custom sounds from a real MD-11. All textures have been converted to 32-bit. Panel.cfg and Aircraft.cfg have also been upgraded for P3D. This is a repaint of the Convair 440 in LAGE (Lineas Aereas de Guinea Ecuatorial) colors. The freeware CalClassic Convair 440 by Greg Pepper and Tom Gibson is needed for this repaint. LAGE (Lineas Aereas de Guinea Ecuatorial) was formed in 1970 after the country's independence, as the national airline of Equatorial Guinea. They began operations with leased Convair CV-440s from Iberia. The airline flew mainly to domestic destinations, as well as flights to neighboring Cameroon's capital Douala, and Libreville in Gabon. In 1979 the airline ceased operations, and all 4 CV-440s were returned to Iberia. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. Textures are 32bit bmp. It should also work on FSX, P3D v1-3, & FS2004.

Tested on Windows XP and Windows 7. This download adds airfield markers and ICAO id's found in FSX, and overlays them on Google Earth. This file is an update for Illinois, USA. It moves airfield il05 to the correct position. It replaces the original FSX Illinois airfield locator. There is also a seperate file with a list of basic airfield location details. i.e: EGBB Birmingham Airport. Birmingham. N52* 27.23' W1* 44.88' alt325. Can be used in any flight simulator. Hi-def scans of real VFR aeronautical United States charts, as available for download from the FAA, reduced and formatted in pdf form by me for use with flight sims. Display them in a kneeboard utility,print them, whatever...I like to use fragments of them to make pdfs for different flights, but that is only one way. If you want to "get real" about navigating in the sim the way it's done in real life, these charts are for you. But you might also just enjoy wandering around, comparing the chart to the world depicted in the sim. These charts will most likely be outdated by the time you use them, or your sim may even pre-date the charts, but they should work well enough. A basic guide for interpreting them is included, as well as tips on how to measure and mark them. Each chart also includes a handy chart legend, a map showing what region it covers, and airspace and frequency information.
