FS2004 Lockheed L-188 Electra. The four turboprop powered Electra had limited success due to several catastrophic crashes early in its service career. The problem was traced to a design flaw in the engine mounts, which was quickly corrected. But the damage had already been done. FS2004/2002 Classic Ryan STA Package. The Ryan STA enjoyed much favor as a sport and stunt plane in the 1930s and was also used as a military trainer. It was a low-wing monoplane of mixed construction; a metal fuselage, wooden wing spars with fabric covering and external wire bracing. the STA has two tandem open cockpits. It was manufactured by the Ryan Aeronautical Company,San Diego, California.Examples of this aircraft are still flying today and are a popular classic aircraft because they are fast and very sleek looking!
