In the first half of the 1990s, Siberia Airlines was a medium-sized regional airline, like many others created from former Aeroflot divisions. Operations were mainly focused on domestic flights from Novosibirsk. By the end of the decade, however, the airline started an aggressive expansion plan in the Russian domestic market. CFS2/FS2000/FS2002/FS2004 Spitfire Pr XIX: The Spitfire Pr XIX was the last Spitfire to be used in operational service. The Spitfire Mk XIX was the first of the Griffon-Engined photo reccoversions to enter large scale production. Based on the Mk XIV airframe and the 2,375hp Rolls Royce Griffon 65 or 66 engine with a Rotol 5 bladed Propellor giving it a maximum speed of 723km/h (452mph) at 6,242m (20,500ft). It was an unarmed Photo Recco machine. This is a model of a Spitfire PR XIX, from No.541/542 Sqdrn as flown with invasion stripes. Original XIVe mdl by Paul Rebuffat. Flying around with the default Boeing 747-400, I realized that some things were very unrealistic. Take for example, the braking distance. It's way too short. Among the things I changed were; gear warnings, flap speeds, reversers, and a few autopilot things.

FS2004/FSX - Deadly looking, and just as lethal, the Mil MI-24 series of Helicopter Gunships are perfect Cold War images of the Soviet concept of a "Flying APC" Armed with AT Missles, Rockets and Cannon, and capable of transporting 8 Troops in its cabin. Caused much concern in the West, where there was no counterpart, and given the NATO code-name "Hind". Designed in FAB AH-2 Sabre, the MI-35 for the 2°/8° GAv "Poti" subsidied in Base Aerea of Porto Velho, in Rondonia (the Amazonia) Brazilian State. FSX Sikorsky S-38 Pan American Airways. Twin-engined amphibian. Reg #NC-144M was one of 38 S-38s operated by Pan American or its subsidiaries. S-38s flew the Caribbean routes from Miami to Cuba, Haiti, Santo Domingo, Puerto Rico, and Central America. FSX model with reflective textures, animated gear and cabin/cargo hatches.
