FS2004/2002 Horten HO XVIII A. In 1944 the RLM issued a requirement for an aircraft with a range of 11000 km (6835 miles) and a bomb load of 4000 kg (8818 lbs). This bomber was to be able to fly from Germany to New York City and back without refueling. Five of Germany's top aircraft companies had submitted designs, but none of them met the range requirements for this Amerika Bomber. FS2004/FSX - Cessna L-19 E (O-1E) Bird Dog Float version This is an almost completely redesign of my old model made on January 2004 . The present model is the civilianised version of the original military version. The model is presented in three version with wheels, skis and floats. Two painting schemes of existing civilian operators are included. (see L19Wheel.zip for the wheels/skis version) The model, made with FSDS from ABACUS features a complete set of animations 2d and a 3d virtual cockpit and the animated pilot head. Visual Model and textures paint by Massimo Taccoli. This is a Repaint of Jens B. Kristensen's F-84 Thunderjet Modified for FSX and painted in United States Air Force 31st Strategic Fighter Wing S/N 51-1772 . This F-84F Thunderjet was built by Republic Aviation in Farmingdale, New York, and delivered to the Air Force on October 5, 1954. It was first assigned to the 12th Strategic Fighter Wing (SAC), Bergstrom AFB, Texas; and was transferred to the 31st Strategic Fighter Wing (SAC), Turner AFB, Georgia in February, 1956.
