I originally offered this update for FS2004 to Richard Alexander van Hien's LTV-Ryan XC142 for FS2000/2002 because it's a
beautiful model of a very unusual aircraft, but which didn't fly properly in FS2004, due mainly to attempts to
mimic VTOL simply with extremely high-lift flaps, although the old airfile also didn't seem to suit FS2004 at
all.
Now I'm offering this FSX version because the .gau gauges used before don't work.
I've also changed the flight characteristics and the sounds a little from the FS2004 version.
Unfortunately the 'FS2004 propdisk in FSX' problem still exists (you can see trees and clouds through the disk), it seems not too intrusive to me.

Hawker Typhoon. I have updated the flight
dynamics, changed the GPS, added a nav/GPS
switch to the nav panel, changed the view
zoom and added sound from the P-51. This is
the whole aircraft.

FSX Aspen-Pitkin County/Sardy Field (KASE). This scenery update is for Aspen-Pitkin County airport. Located high in the Rocky Mountains, Aspen is known for it's challenging high altitude runway 15 approach. It updates various aspects of the airport, including taxiways, runways, and parking. Real world demensions were used through Google Earth. A few objects form the default FSX libraries were also added. View Readme file for installation and notes. Compiled using Airport Design Editor. Lockheed 9 Orion.
The Lockheed Orion was a small, fast commercial transport of
wooden construction. A total of 36 Orions of all models were
built between 1931 and 1934. Orions were used to set a number
of records, and took part in several air races. Included here
are four versions in six paint jobs: Varney Speed Lanes, Northwest,
American, Swissair, Lineas Aereas Occidentales and Air Express.
Varney Speed Lanes was a forerunner of today's Continental Airlines.
