Curtiss Jenny for FSX
Curtiss Jenny for FSX (Category: FSX > Vintage)

Curtiss Jenny for FSX. This is the FS2004 Curtiss jenny converted. Since the Curtiss Jenny didn't have nav lights or landing Lights, I kept it that way to be as real as possible. Although I did add better flight dynamics and smoke effects. This aircraft was the FS9 model that was converted to FSX and will no longer work in FS9 with the conversion added. David Grindele

Cathay Boeing 747-400 B-HOW (Category: FSX > Civil Jets)
15.20Mb (3785 downloads)
The model is the POSKY 747-400v4. Textures of the old Cathay Pacific colors. Note that this paint is a modification of my VR-HOW paint that I painted a while back. This aircraft (B-HOW) was the former VR-HOW until the Hong Kong Handover in 1997. Cathay Pacific's 747-400 modifications include the change in registration from VR-XXX to B-XXX and the change in engine colors (losing the classic green stripe). This was the last green stripe livery of B-HOW before it was repainted with the current colors in 1999. This package also includes some fixed textures of the plane. Sorry, no sounds and a 2d panel (no VC).

FS2004 Recorder Module for FSX version 1.3 (Category: FSX > Utilities)
0.37Mb (3784 downloads)
FS2004 Recorder Module for FSX version 1.3. FS Recorder is an addon module for FS2004 and FSX, which can record flights, save them to files and play them back similar to the FS instant replay and flight video recorder, but with a lot more features. This version requires FSX with Service Pack 1 installed! The Recorder does NOT record video files (like .avi), it records data like aircraft position, speed, etc., so the recordings can only be played inside FS. This allows watching your recordings from different views. List of main features: - recording flights of unlimited length - replay the last minutes, even if no recording was started - recording and playback of AI traffic - playback of one or more recordings as (AI) traffic - recording a new flight during playback as traffic (e.g. for formation flights) - jumping/searching forward/backward during playback - playback control via keyboard or control window - stop playback at any position to continue manually - loop part of a recording - change playback speed - custom keyboard controls - recorded data is customizable. Dassault Mirage G8 Package version 2
8.51Mb (3784 downloads)
FS2004/FSX Dassault Mirage G8 Package version 2. This is an updated version of my Mirage G8, including 5 versions (single pilot or two seats) + a new 2D panel. The Dassault Mirage G8 was a twin engine fighter with variable sweep wings ("swing wings"), a very singular design for a Dassault aircraft. The Mirage G8 flew for the first time on May 8th, 1971, and demonstrated immediately an impressive level of performance, reaching Mach 2.04 during its 3rd flight ... The G8 was one of the guest stars during Paris Air Show in 1971. Unfortunately, only two prototypes were built - both included in this package - before the decision was taken to stop the program ... The model is proposed in five versions, has full moving parts and a new custom 2D panel compatible with FS2004 and FSX. No VC. Designed by Pat Grange. 8.7MB

FS2004 New Mooney Bravo panel. This is a more modern panel for the excellent default Mooney Bravo. Most of the gauges I used are default MSFS 2004 but some, like the radio and the engine gauges, are developed by others. I would like to thank these developers for their beautifull work on these gauges. Carlo van Erp aka Sir Crashalot. 828K
