FS2004 USS Stennis CV-74 This is Phil Crowther's Nimitz .fsc converted in format so it could be compiled in the FS2004 scenery object format. It has a hardened deck surface so you can land and take off with any plane equipped with the RCBCO-20 gauges. A ship wake effect has been added. It is located just off the San Diego, Ca. Naval Station. The necessary XML and .MDL file are included so it can be moved to other locations with BGLcomp. The Avia 56 Project for MSFS2004/FS9 ACof - VERSION 1.0 by Milton Shupe, Nigel Richards, and Matt Wynn, with contributions by Bill Ortis and Oleboy with help from SOH members. Functional VC model included; Pkg incl seven Aircraft models (wheels, floats, amphibs, skis) with 13 textures, a great flight model, authentic and awesome radial custom sounds, custom panels, easy-to-read clickable virtual cockpits, and superbly crafted exterior and interior textures. This aircraft release is one in series of real world Avia aircraft designed by Czech engineer Robert Nebesar. The first was the Avia 51 and 156. This Avia 56 was a prototype that was changed because of engine availability, and became the 156. The next and last aircraft in the series is the Avia 57, a 14-passenger, 3-engine monoplane currently under development. F2004 Secret Air Base Package. This is a very large secret air base that doesn't exist. I had to invent everything in it: the runways, the dry lake, most of the buildings, the fuel tank farm, satellite communication dishes, etc. Because it doesn't exist and it is all a product of everybody's imagination, I had to take some creative liberties as to what the buildings look like, what kind of traffic flies in and out of it, and what people you might see around the patch. You can, however, search around the Net for satellite images of the area and maybe you'll find something in the same location. My base has avgas and jet fuel, ILS, NDB and VOR, etc., it shows in the Map and GPS. Frequencies, names, etc., are my invention. I had a lot of fun doing it. Hope you might have some fun flying around it, and even going farther into, say, New Mexico, or following some of the traffic going south quite frequently. The scenery includes a crashed unidentified aircraft at the most probable lat and long I could find on the Net. It is a bit heavy on the frame rate, but the size of the zip file is due to the addon aircraft, not the scenery. CFS2/FS2000 P-51D Mustang This is a North American P-51D Mustang from WWII. Photo realistic textures have been used wherever possible.This aircraft has D-Day invasion stripes denoting its' use in the European theater.
