B-58 Hustler Correction
(Category: FSX > Military)
0.03Mb (3580 downloads)
This is a correction for my update for FSX
acceleration of the B-58 Hustler by
JRLucariny. I forgot to put a minus sign in
front of the first number after the = sign on
engine.2 in the [GeneralEngineData] section
of the aircraft.cfg file. Just open the
aircraft.cfg file, go to that section and add
the minus sign. I understand some people
have been having a problem on take off
because of this oversight. Sorry for any
trouble this has caused.

RAF Fairford 2009
(Category: FSX > Scenery)
5.49Mb (3580 downloads)
RAF Fairford 2009 for FSX by Dave Morgan. Tested on FSX & Accelleration.
Tested with both Horizon's VFR scenery with which it is carefully aligned and also with default scenery.
The layout if Fairford's current layout and as Horizon's VFR Genx2 photo images were obtained from data rumoured to be from 1999/2000, It has a 'home-grown' grass texture over the top and should be placed above Horizon's VFR scenery in the addon scenery list otherwise an outdated layour will show through.
Other than the buildings and objects given credit for in the readme, all buildings and trees are from default libraries which means frame rates are not badly affected.
The parking on the base allows upto c55 aircraft on it at any one time and the packages from MAIW, UKMIL and ACG add to the atmosphere...

Hana Heli-Obstacle Course v2.0

Hana Heli-Obstacle Course v2.0 for FS2004
Country: United States
Location: Hawaii
Airport type: Civil & Military
ICAO Code: PHHN
IATA Code: HNM
Hana Airport is a regional airport of the State of Hawaii on the east shore of the island of Maui, 3 NM northwest of the unincorporated town of Hana. The airport covers 119 acres and has one runway. It is primarily a commuter facility used by unscheduled air taxis and general aviation. This scenery is intended as a single/multiplayer helicopter obstacle course where heli pilots can meet to compete, show off, and share their helo skills. Since birdseye (Timm Turner) already did a neat scenery called Hana_Scenery_PHHN (search for "hana" in the HoverControl Downloads), we decided to convert PHHN to a full helicopter training area. Makes a great place for helo pilots to gather to practice and perfect their skills, and challenge other pilots! And keep an eye-out for that Hot Air Balloon, cruising around an altitude of 3000 feet

FS2004
US Coast Guard VC-4A Acadame
Actual aircraft is Mike Stone's Saab-340 Freighter. The 340
is used because it closely resembles the VC-4A, and unfortunately,
no one has made a Gulfstream I since FS5. The VC-4A served until
recently in Florida (District 7) as VIP transport, but due to
increased use of the VC-37 by the DOT for Secretary Ridge, the
VC-4 was re-stationed back in Washington DC. Repaint by the
VUSCG's Carlos Armenteros. 1.3MB
