Boeing 747-400 KLM Package
Boeing 747-400 KLM Package (Category: FSX > Civil Jets)
44.21Mb (5496 downloads)
Boeing 747-400 KLM package with enhanced VC. Boeing 747-400 KLM, assembled and upgraded for FSX with the developed B747 VC (virtual 3d cockpit) from Alejandro Rojas Lucenda. KLM currently (2015) operate 7 Boeing 747-400 aircraft. This is the Project Opensky 2014 updated FSX native Boeing 747-400 CF6 cargo model, and includes - ground cargo servicing, stairs (FSX - Go to Views - Instrument Panel -Posky Utility) and more. I have included 747 engine sounds, with realistic jet whine to make your flight sound great. Upgraded using the vastly improved Boeing 747 VC from Alejandro Rojas Lucena/FSND (See panel docs for details). VC includes FMC, EICAS, MFD with control panel, GPWS, working wipers, cabin lights, fire suppression, avionics switch, fuel crossfeed, landing lights switches, taxi light switch, engine generators, APU generator, battery switch, starter switches, de-ice switch, general lights switches. Thank you to Project Opensky for their outstanding donations to the worldwide community of flight simulation. I have included the high quality textures by Mr O Sudfield. Also includes the Boeing 747 VC textures upgrade. This give a much clearer 747 interior virtual cockpit look. Assembled for FSX by Chris Evans.

FSX Default C172SP Updated
FSX Default C172SP Updated
FSX Default C172SP Updated (Category: FSX > Props)
16.96Mb (3014 downloads)
This is an update for FSX of the default Cessna 172SP. This update does not interfere with the default C172 but gives you an alternative updated version. I started by using a repaint of the aircraft by Tom Tiedman, N3804Q and included the green and white textures of the default C172. I have updated the flight dynamics so it will level out no hands on controls; and changed the contact points and things like the engine location and the wing apex, horizontal tail, and vertical tail. This is the whole aircraft minus the sound. See read me for how to make any paint of any aircraft show up as a separate aircraft on the choose the aircraft page.

FSX Dambuster 72nd Anniversary Sorpe Dam Raid
FSX Dambuster 72nd Anniversary Sorpe Dam Raid
59.64Mb (995 downloads)
THIS PACKAGE IS DEDICATED TO SGT JOHNNY JOHNSON the last British survivor of the Dambuster raid on the Ruhr Dams 17 May 1943. It has been a great honor for me to be involved in providing simulation video to illustrate an interview on the Sorpe Dam Raid for the new Bomber Command Centre in Lincoln to be opened in October 2015. These are two of the aircraft used for that film. Refer pdf's in Documents for details. As in previous Dambuster uploads the aircraft are fs9 Plane-Design Lancasters updated to FSX. The Paints for AJ-Q and AJ-T are by Koos van Menen of the Netherlands who also provided the droppable Upkeep, the Flak at the Hamm Railway yards and rearward firing guns for the Lancaster. The Howden and Derwent Dam walls and towers by John Young. Saved flights are provided to sim the event AND to easily locate the Derwent and Sorpe Dams. The flyable aircraft are FULL FSX versions packaged by Ross McLennan. THIS PACKAGE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR p3d.

FSX ATR 42-500 with fixed and enhanced VC
FSX ATR 42-500 with fixed and enhanced VC
47.61Mb (10682 downloads)
This is basically an FSX Acceleration update for the VC panel of the FS2002/2004 twin-engine turboprop ATR 42-500, which displays a major grafic issue in the left VC section when the lights are on and is, as for this otherwise beautiful model, quite aggravating for VC lovers. This update minimizes the issue and, in addition, the VC now includes all the gauges the 2D panel has (turn coordinator, all the switches as well as two static gauges on the center console added). However, this package not only offers a fix for the VC but is the whole aircraft with a compilation of five beautiful liveries by different designers. Original model by F. Sanchez- Gonzales and repaints by Ahmed Ahsen, Ed Cox, Chad Black and Mauricio Ibarra. VC fix and enhancement by Michael Pook.

Aerosim Boeing 787-8 American Textures
Aerosim Boeing 787-8 American Textures (Category: FSX > Payware)
8.60Mb (1289 downloads)
This update is a complete re-paint of the base colours of the fuselage and engines, creating patterns and gradients which better represent the mica silver used on the real aircraft. The gradients presented all sorts of problems matching where the textures get mapped onto the air frame in order to ensure that there are no stark differences at the joins. The work is now complete and the result is that the aircraft now really looks more silver than plain grey. After completing the base colours, many fine details were also updated - such as cargo doors, decals, APU doors, nose cone, paint around the cockpit windows, detail under the fuselage, warning lines on engine and fuselage, and much more. This is probably as detailed as any paint job on the AeroSim B787-800.

HMS Bounty for FSX - Version 1.1 (Category: FSX > Misc)
70.03Mb (2219 downloads)
HMS Bounty for FSX - Version 1.1 Built Specifically for FSX - (separate package required for FS9) by Milton Shupe, Nigel Richards, Rob Barendregt, Sasha Rieger, and Rob Ibey. Helmsman by Craig "Full" Richardson HMS Bounty 18th Century Tall Ship square rigger completely wind driven, individually animated and controlled sails, animated flags with direction and wind speeds, animated helm, and Sail Management Window to control all ship fuctions. Ship responds to wind speeds and direction with yaw, keeling, and pitch depending on sails deployed and yard arm positions. Ambient sounds, variable wind and gale storm sounds, ship's bell, "Salute", anchor weigh/drop all add to immersion. WILL NOT WORK IN FS9 as it contains FSX native texture formatting and FSX specific sim interfaces. (Separate FS9 package available.) BIG NOTE: The latest version of FSUIPC is Required for the HMS Bounty to work. Note: Realism settings should be set to "Hard" for best Wind Effects (Will not work on "Easy" realism in FSX.) Version 1.1 upgrades: 1) Even more realistic wind effects on yaw and roll based on the confluence of sails deployed, wind speeds and direction relative to ship heading, yard arms angle to the wind, and ground speed. 2) Tugboat function added 3) Corrected lights positions 4) Documentation updates
