Longer Contrail for FSX/FS2004. I have always thought something was missing in FS and that was longer contrails. Without the need of any software you can have this effect. I have to thank Jan Rosenberg for his ai_fx that taught me how to edit the contrails in fs. These fx files have the contrails life set at 350 seconds (roughly 50 miles). I find this to be the most realistic to see your ai airplanes turn over VOR's and such. In the real world contrails can last a few seconds to hours depending on the atmospheric conditions.

This is an updated version of the 'Lynx AH-7/AH-9 Updated for FSX'. The original was an Alphasim freeware aircraft for fs2004, that I updated for FSX. I hastily uploaded the adapted version yesterday with missing features. There is no need to download the other version. Simply delete the old version if downloaded and download this one. New features include new effects, new views, thumbnails and better flight characteristics. Includes VC. This works with FSX, but should work with FS2004. The Westland Lynx is a British designed multi-purpose military helicopter that has gone on to serve with countless Air Arms around the world, with many forces using the type in naval operations and roles. It has been in continuous use with the British army since 1977, and has been constantly updated ever since. The newest variant, the AW159 is scheduled to enter service in 2012. Included in this package is G-LYNX, a specially adaped Lynx, which still holds the Absolute World Speed Record, for Rotorcraft, of 400.87 kph (249.10 mph).

Tested on Windows XP and Windows 7. This download adds airfield markers and ICAO id's found in FSX, and overlays them on Google Earth. This file is for Denmark. Flight Dynamics files for the payware Wilco Embraer 190-100ECJ -LINEAGE1000.Just copy those two files(after backup indeed)in your aircraft directory, but do not forget that your aircraft.cfg is different.In general this files change the aircraft behavior and the results from the testing of this configuration are close to this in Aircraft Flying Manual. That is third version of FDE files and I think you gonna like it. Pay attention to the fact that you have to adjust every control parameter in the cockpit and as well weight and balance to achieve desirable results and satisfaction.
