FS2004 New Environmental Map. This is a new envmap bmp file for fs2004 which will add a greater illusion of clouds and ground textures reflecting on the various reflective textures in fs2004 unlike the default envmap which to me only seemed to be reflecting the ground only. By Pedro Padilla. 18K

FS2004 B-29-1-BW 'Esso Express'. An early olive drab representation block #1 Superfortress; 'Esso Express' of the 68th BG - 794th BS was used as a CBI fuel freighter. She flew fuel supplies from India to the Chinese B-29 bases across the Himalaya (the 'Hump'). Every Camel painted onto the nose, represents one successfully completed supply mission across 'the Hump'! This multi-resolution 3D model rendition of 'Esso Express' was built for CFS2 and is representing an earlier build cycle of Superfortress Mania. It will be updated to the latest 'standards'of Superfortress 'Mania' at a later time. Package contains a custom 3D model and a custom FDE (fastest and most lightweight B-29). Package does NOT contain gauges, 3D effect files, panel and sounds. Those are included/aliased in/to the base package of Superfortress 'Mania'. The file 'B29B_910.zip' is required. FSX/P3D McDonnell-Douglas Boeing MD-11 Delta Airlines retro package with virtual cockpit and working Honeywell FMC. Delta operated 17 MD11 until 2004. Package includes liveries: 1992, 1992 Skyteam, 2000, 2000 Skyteam, 2003. This is the new native FSX AI MD-11 model from FS Painter made flyable in FSX with the Thomas Ruth DC-10 VC added. Also used the characteristics of Thomas Ruth A330 for better flight dynamics. Edited views for cockpit viewpoint, contact points to fix wheels sinking into ground and air file so that this aircraft will now take off. Added textures by Mike Pearson. Added Honeywell FMC by Garret Smith. Prepared, tested and assembled for Prepar3D and FSX by Chris Evans.

The Alphajet E is a two seats trainer aircraft and ground attack used by many countries. Here is the Patrouille de France version designed by AlphaBleuCiel. Westland Lysander. With its distinctive high-aspect ratio, high-mounted wing, the Lysander, or "Lizzie", was one of the most capable liaison planes of WWII. The type was fitted with a very powerful engine for its size, and had a unique, high-lift wing of long span which was equipped with automatic leading edge slats and trailing edge flaps. The large wing, powerful engine, and light weight allowed takeoff and landing distances of 300 feet for a normal load, with a stalling speed of just 56 mph. These saw service in a variety of roles, from general liaison to clandestine "spy drops" to target towing and air-sea rescue. In the Mk.IIIA, a large external belly tank of 180 gallons provided exceptional range for dropping off and picking up covert operatives well beyond enemy lines. First flown in 1936, a total of 1,652 of the type were built before production ended.
