FS2004/FSX Bryce Canyon National Park (KBCE), Utah (UT) photo-scenery. Despite its name, Bryce Canyon is not actually a canyon that was formed by a river, but rather a giant natural cliff shaped thru erosion by wind, water, and ice. Bryce is distinctive due to its geological formations, delicate and colorful pinnacles called hoodoos that are up to 200 feet high. The bizzarre forms and red, orange and white colors of the rocks provide spectacular views. Unfortunately the hoodoos are too small for the elevation mesh in flight simulator. But you can enjoy the colors and shape of the cliffs. The cliffs in main region of the park, just south of the airport are partly covered by snow. But on the southern and western part of the plateau you can enjoy them free of snow. Bryce Canyon is named after the Mormon pioneer Ebenezer Bryce who settled in this area in the 1850s. It was designated as a national park in 1928. Bryce Canyon Airport (KBCE) just handles small aircraft on a daily basis. By Gottfried Razek.

 RO-41 Early Military Trainer
RO-41 Early Military Trainer (Category: FSX > Vintage)

FSX RO-41 Early Military Trainer. The I.M.A.M, Romeo RO-41 was a Royal Italian Air Force single and dual seater military trainer in service from 1934 to early 40's. The RO-41 was similar to the Boeing Stearman. The throttle movement was opposite (throttle back = full thrust). The propeller rotates opposite as usual nowadays. It is modeled here as the spoked wheel single seater version used in Capua flying school, said to be much more manuevrable than the dual seater. This model features reflective skin and full animations. The panel background has been created entirely from scratch, based on photographic material found on the net and some old black and white photos from the historical archive. Some gauges are default gauges, the others have been created by the authors. Included in this model there is also a simple virtual cockpit, with working essential flight instruments and animated flight controls. By Giovanni Quai and Italo D'Attomo

FS2004 Cessna 404 Titan Gold/Chrome: In July 1975 Cessna announced it was developing a new piston twin suitable for airline, freight and corporate work, capable of taking off with a 1560kg (3500lb) payload from a 770m (2530ft) strip, similar in concept to the successful 402, but larger overall. The resulting aircraft was the Model 404 Titan, Cessna's largest piston engined twin developed thus far. It shares the same basic fuselage as the turbine powered 441 Conquest which was developed concurrently, but differs in having geared 280kW (375hp) piston engines and it is unpressurised by John B. Loney, Jr. ---> GOLD/CHROME textures by Francis F Silva(RSDG). 2.8MB

Aeroworks Railroad Valley 2013 Scenery Package
Aeroworks Railroad Valley 2013 Scenery Package
30.61Mb (3251 downloads)
Railroad Valley is our oldest scenery project and by far the largest. It was originally released for FS2000 and version 2 was used in the Battle of the Airlines 2003 online race. It is a follow on to our series of fictional airports and surrounding areas that we call Flight Centers, such as our popular Malibu Flight Center 2. Included in the package is our centerpiece - Flight Center 3 at Echo Canyon and Flight Center 4 at Lunar Lake. Flight Center 3 is our prime military headquarters, and functions as an aircraft manufacturing and flight test center all in one. It's much like a combined version of Edwards AFB and Palmdale Air Force Plant 42 in real life. Flight Center 4 is loosely based off of the High-technology Aerospace Warfare Center (or HAWC) from the earliest Dale Brown novels. The bases lie roughly 50 miles north of Area 51, Groom Lake, Nevada, and are just outside of the Nevada Test Site and the Nellis Air Force Range. In addition there are many other airports and flying locales too numerous to mention here. Full documentation contained within. Uses over 100 custom scenery macros specifically created for this release. Scenery and macros by Jason L. Terry. Additional Macros by Joshua B Nyhus.

Views 2.0 for the Lockheed Martin F-16 Fighting Falcon
0.12Mb (3251 downloads)
This package contains 2 sets of camera views ( defined by camera definitions in the aircraft.cfg file ) for the beautiful Lockheed Martin F-16 Fighting Falcon also called Viper by KIRK OLSSON which was upgraded for FSX by BOB CHICILO. For easy installation use the "Re-packaged F-16" pack by Soaring Falcon which includes the Thunderbird version of the F-16. Version 1.1 is actually based on my original package but with more views and some slight mods to some parameters. Version 2.0 is based on version 1.1 but some of the cameras are place at a higher level. Three new views : top-down zoomable view of the aircraft. 2 VC "Over the shoulder" views. These views can be added without modifications to the Kirk Olsson's F-16 Thunderbird also upgraded for FSX by Bob Chicilo. See Read me.txt file for very easy installation procedures. Camera definitions sets are included in 2 separate text files. And finally two more files - Available.pdf and Top 20.pdf for informations about my "camera definitions" packages.
