Railroad Valley is our oldest scenery project and by far the largest. It was originally released for FS2000 and version 2 was used in the Battle of the Airlines 2003 online race. It is a follow on to our series of fictional airports and surrounding areas that we call Flight Centers, such as our popular Malibu Flight Center 2. Included in the package is our centerpiece - Flight Center 3 at Echo Canyon and Flight Center 4 at Lunar Lake. Flight Center 3 is our prime military headquarters, and functions as an aircraft manufacturing and flight test center all in one. It's much like a combined version of Edwards AFB and Palmdale Air Force Plant 42 in real life. Flight Center 4 is loosely based off of the High-technology Aerospace Warfare Center (or HAWC) from the earliest Dale Brown novels. The bases lie roughly 50 miles north of Area 51, Groom Lake, Nevada, and are just outside of the Nevada Test Site and the Nellis Air Force Range. In addition there are many other airports and flying locales too numerous to mention here. Full documentation contained within. This is an updated version for FS9/FSX of the Alphasim PBM-5A Mariner. I have updated the flight dynamics, added float points, added speed hold to the autopilot, added a pitch trim to the 2D and virtual cockpits, and changed the spray effect. This is the whole aircraft.

It was a surprisingly agile aircraft with a long range. Used to deliver a varied payload, ranging from single torpedo to multiple bombs. It’s missions were many and varied. 2 repaints for Dennis Seeley and Massimo Taccoli's very nice BE-200, for FS2004 or FSX versions, though the author uses the FS2004 version in FSX with no problems; as the 2004 version has a VC. The repaints are 'what if?' Be-200's, but not that far fetched, as a MPA variant has been mooted, shown here in the slate finish worn by Naval aviation IL-38 'MAY's'This has been a difficult color to pin down, as in some lights it is slightly blueish, and in other lights it looks greenish.The author has elected to go with the shade Pete West uses in his profiles in AIRInternational. The CONAIR marked machine is likely and unlikely. A few years back, a bunch of the Kahuna's from Conair and BCFS went to Taganrog to look at the BE-200, though the very short TBO's of the engines, and the expense of re-engining,westernizing and re-certifiying,this author doubts one will ever see a machine so marked.

The Beechcraft T-6 Texan II is a single-engine turboprop aircraft built by the Raytheon Aircraft Company. A trainer aircraft based on the Pilatus PC-9, the T-6 has replaced the Air Force's Cessna T-37B Tweet and the Navy's T-34C Turbo Mentor.
