FS2002 Valmet L-70 Vinka The Valmet L-70 Vinka is a 3-seat fixed gear low wing basic trainer used by the Finnish Air Force and manufactured in Finland. The only general operator of the Vinka is the Finnish Air Force. The Vinka has been used for over 20 years, and it still remains as reliable and useful trainer. The HP-42 represented the epitome of elegant air line travel on British Imperial Airways just before WW2. Eight were constructed; four used on the Western European routes and four assigned to the Eastern Asia-African routes. This is a native FSX Acceleration project. This is an update for FS9 of the AI Lockheed Neptune by Jaap de Baare. He has supplied me with a model file for it that has the jet engines uncovered. I have made it flyable and updated the flight dynamics, added a panel, and added smoke for the jets. This is the whole aircraft. No virtual cockpit.
