This addon is a highres replacement of the default cirrus cloud
textures and visibility layer. All images were replaced with
more discreet cloud pictures. Compared to the default textures
the colors are a bit darker, and the transperency is a little
higher. This produces a more realistic blending against the
background skycolor. Especially on Sunset or Dawn Flights. 3.7MB

The Cessna 182 Skylane is an American four-seat, single-engined light airplane, built by Cessna of Wichita, Kansas. The Cessna 182 was introduced in 1956 as a tricycle gear variant of the 180. In 1957, the 182A variant was introduced along with the name Skylane. It has the option of adding two child seats, installed in the baggage area. It is the second most popular Cessna model, after the 172.

Mike Kelly's reduced clouds. The link for this zip file and the webpage is down, so uploaded here.
From the text file included:
"Here is an attempt at improving FSX framerates by reducing the size of the cloud textures. All texture dimensions have been reduced by 50%. Alpha channels have also been reduced and preserved.
I have seen no ill effects on my system although the reduced clouds do seem slightly more "fuzzy". IMHO this is not bad, just different.
Simply unzip into your Texture folder and overwrite the existing files (you may want to back them up first to preserve the originals)."

This was inspired by the Air Crash Investigations series. I first tried to establish if the NTSB actually does have their own planes to travel to air crash sites with, but unfortunately the only thing that my Internet searches showed was endless amounts of photos of crashed planes. I therefore wrapped my mind around the idea and came up with this fictitious version. I hope that you’ll enjoy flying it as much as I do. FSX Native model by Iris with added enhanced CRJ700 VC, including HUD/HGS, FMC and more. Upgraded VC by Robert Taylor, includes HUD/HGS, GPWS, better VC textures. Works in FSX and P3d v3 & 4. Textures by Andre Ludick
